CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS POLICY
In all instances of returns and cancellations, you have the option to submit a request through the return center.

Please be advised that RazorpayX links are the sole method by which refunds will be issued. No other method will be used.

You may submit an email to help@indosilk.com, and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS

 

Selected products are subject to a two-day return policy. Details regarding each product are specified on its respective page. For additional information, please consult our policy.

 

RETURNS OF INDIAN CUSTOMER

 

If the consumer is dissatisfied with the product that was delivered, they may submit a return request for eligible products to the Returns Center or contact us at help@indosilk.com within two days of receiving the parcel. If Indosilk is satisfied with the reason/reasons for the return, they will coordinate a pick-up from your location (reverse pick-up may not be available in certain pin codes). For the processing of such returns, we have two options:-

Store Credit: We credit your "Indosilk" account with an amount equivalent to the product's value. This credit amount may be applied to your subsequent purchase with us. The product will be returned and the return will be validated before a store credit is issued.

RazorpayX Refund: A deduction of Rs.500 per product will be made to account for shipping and bank charges. In order to process the refund, we require the following bank details: Name, A/C number, IFSC code, Bank, and Branch.

As per the customer's request, we will either replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value if the return is the result of an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product).

The refund process will commence only after the product is received and the return is validated, provided that the consumer requests a refund. After receiving the return package, we will investigate it. The customer is responsible for contacting Indosilk to coordinate the pick-up again if a reverse pick-up is not completed for any reason, whether it is due to the customer's or the courier company's error. The exchange/return request may be rejected if Indosilk is not contacted in a timely manner to coordinate the reverse pick-up. Return requests will be considered exclusively if the consumer has accepted an untampered package.

Upon approval as an eligible return, we will issue a refund or store credit in the appropriate amount within 10-15 days. However, if the return is determined to be ineligible for a refund, we will return it to you via courier. In either case, your return issue may be resolved within 20-30 days of our receiving the returned product from you. Indosilk shall not be held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipping process.

 

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Indosilk and accept Indosilk’s decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases. The refusal of COD orders on multiple occasions may result in the closure of the COD facility without prior notification. In the event that a customer returns more than 20% of the delivered products on multiple occasions, the customer will be informed that future orders will be processed on a non-cancellation and non-return basis. Afterwards, all subsequent orders will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned conditions.

 

Any items that are to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged. All items received by the customer will be accepted for return only in their original packaging. This includes but is not limited to BOPP bags, tags attached on garments (tags must be attached to the product in its original condition; if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any way, the return or exchange will not be accepted), boxes, tamperproof bags, and all other items. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

 

The following items are not eligible for returns, reimbursements, or exchanges:

Dusshera Sale (Free Saree Sale)

Regarding products that are explicitly exempt from return/exchange eligibility.

The product was sold during the clearance, festival sale, offers, and coupon-applied sales.

Anarkalis, lehengas, and salwar suits

 The process for issuing refunds is as follows:

 

The refund is issued in the form of a bank transfer if the payment was made in currency.

The amount is credited back to the same account or card from which the payment was made if the payment is made using a credit/debit card or any form of net banking.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

 

In the event that you are compelled to cancel an order, please do so by contacting us at help@indosilk.com within 24 hours of submitting the order.

 

We will refund the complete amount to the card used for the purchase if you cancel your order within 24 hours.

After 24 hours of submitting the order, no cancellation requests will be considered.

The consumer consents to Indosilk's cancellation decision and waives any objections.

 

CUSTOMERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER RETURNS

 

In the unfortunate event that you return Indosilk's products, the following is our policy regarding returns for international customers:

 

Products that are eligible for return may be returned within two days of receiving the merchandise. Products that are not eligible for returns are indicated in the product details.

Returns are not permitted for all products. Before making a purchase, please ensure that you are aware of the products that are eligible for returns.

Your return request must be received and approved by the Indosilk team. After your request is received and approved, you will be required to ship the products to India. Indosilk will not be responsible for the shipping cost. You will receive confirmation of the return address via mail.

The consumer is solely responsible for the safety of the product they have returned. Indosilk shall not be held accountable for any damages that may occur during the product's journey from the consumer to the Indosilk return address.

You have the option to receive store credit or a refund on the original credit or debit card used for payment after we receive the returns and conduct thorough quality checks. All returns will be subject to a deductible re-stocking fee of Rs.1500-4000/- per product.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please send a photo of the damaged item to help@indosilk.com.in. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you are required to notify us via email of any damaged items in your shipment. In such instances, we provide a complete refund following our assessment of the condition.

The consumer is responsible for all customs duties that are assessed upon the return of the product.

Indosilk reserves the right to determine whether to accept any returns.

INDOSILK ANNULS THE EVENT:

 

Please be advised that there may be orders that we are unable to accept or fulfil and may be cancelled. We retain the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason. Your order may be cancelled due to a variety of factors, such as inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, limitations on the number of units available for purchase, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Additionally, we may require further verification or information prior to accepting any order. If any part of your order is cancelled or if we need additional information to accept your order, we will contact you. Once your credit card has been charged for your order, the amount will be refunded to your Card Account if you rescind it. The consumer consents to Indosilk's cancellation decision and waives any objections.
